Stress is inevitable when we face difficulties in life. But we can learn to manage ourselves better.
During this workshop, you’ll learn how to use Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT, tapping) to clear yourself of the blocks and limitations that disrupt harmony and peace in your life. Daria will guide you through a tapping mechanism that activates certain meridians in your body. This special practice will help you turn on the parasympathetic nervous system and decrease the stress hormone (cortisol). You’ll also learn how to do EFT on your own and how it works in your body. It’s fast, easy and works wonders for your emotional health. After this workshop, you’ll feel more optimistic and ready to approach your day with more energy!

- Saturday 11th April - 2am AEST
- Tuesday 14th April - 2am AEST
Requirements: it’s recommended to be alone in the room during this workshop so nobody can distract our attention as we’ll be doing hands-on practice.
