What To Do When Self-Isolating At Home
Self-quarantining for the next few weeks is critical in order to stop the spread of #COVID19. We are here to help you get through it.
Sometimes we can't change or control the situation. What we can control is ourselves and what we focus on. We can choose to focus on the negatives, or, we can choose to adapt to change and try to make the best of the situation. Our mental health matters as much as our physical health.
Many of us have to stay at home. Cities are going into lockdown. Businesses aren't doing well. It might be hard to not go crazy, but there's a positive in every situation.
This situation is actually giving you more time - the time that you never had because you were too busy with work. We should take this opportunity to slow down and self-reflect, to enjoy being at home with your spouse and children, to read those books you never finished, to take that online course you wanted to take, to sharpen your guitar skill, to make a new craft book, to bake and cook more, and to finally spring clean & de-clutter your house!
Staying home doesn't need to be boring. This is actually a great time to do all the things you’ve always wanted to do but never had time to do or were too distracted to stay focused and complete.
How would you spend time during the next few weeks? We've designed a few printables to help you think of fun things you can do at home. Use this time to focus on self-care and do some self-reflection. Take your busy hat off for a few weeks.
Use these printables to help you plan and organize your time along with our Gratitude & Resilience eJournals which are available for free until April.
